Terms of service

Effective September 7, 2026

These terms cover your use of Tiny, a service for finding relevant public conversations on X, monitoring product mentions, preparing AI reply drafts with your product link.

Using the service

You must be authorized to connect the X account and promote the product you submit. Keep your account secure and provide accurate product information. You are responsible for reviewing and authorizing content published through your account.

X access and discovery

Connecting X grants Tiny the permissions shown on X’s authorization screen, including reading posts and account details, and refreshing access. You may disconnect at any time. You must comply with X’s developer terms, automation rules, and platform policies. Do not use Tiny for spam, deceptive endorsements, harassment, impersonation, or unsolicited bulk replies.

Tiny discovers conversations and prepares drafts. To send a reply, you copy it and open the original post on X, where you paste and send it yourself. Tiny does not publish replies through the API.

Free trial

While trial places are available, each verified X account can try one website once, without a credit card. The trial lasts up to 48 hours and includes up to 150 posts screened, shared by discovery and product mentions, and 3 successful AI reply drafts. Separate limits apply to context and profile reads and repeated requests. Search stops when time or allowances are reached. Saved results remain viewable within the product’s retention period. Trials do not renew or automatically charge you. Deleting or readding a website does not reset trial eligibility.

Plans and usage

Monthly pricing is $19 for Starter and $99 for Growth, per website. Each new website requires a separate subscription and receives its own monthly allowances. Scan, and AI draft allowances are shown in the product. Product listening and customer discovery share the scan allowance. Reaching an allowance pauses the affected operation rather than creating an automatic overage charge.

Payments and recurring monthly renewals are handled by Lemon Squeezy. Checkout shows the price and applicable taxes before you subscribe. Paid discovery starts after payment confirmation and keeps working within your plan allowances until paused or the subscription expires. Manage payment methods or cancel future renewals from Plan & usage in Agent settings. Cancellation keeps access until the paid period ends. Failed or expired subscriptions stop new paid operations. Specifically authorized accounts may receive a clearly labeled account-specific exemption; connecting X alone does not activate a subscription.

Deleting a website

Deleting a website stops its bot, removes saved opportunities and drafts, and cancels future subscription renewals. Deletion ends access immediately, including unused allowance and remaining paid time. It does not issue a refund, except where required by applicable law. Other websites and their subscriptions are unaffected. We retain limited billing records to process payments and prevent deleted websites from being reactivated by delayed notifications.

AI output and results

AI suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review facts, context, and tone before publishing. We do not guarantee a number of customers, visits, conversions, or sales. Post allowances describe posts read and screened, not a guaranteed number of qualified opportunities. Website visits and conversions require your own analytics.

Your data and content

You retain rights to the product information and content you provide. You authorize the processing necessary to run the features you use. X content remains subject to X’s terms and the original author’s rights. Our Privacy policy explains data handling.

Availability and termination

The service depends on X and Cloudflare and may be interrupted by provider outages, rate limits, policy changes, or maintenance. We may suspend access that violates these terms. You can pause your agent and disconnect X from your dashboard. To the extent permitted by applicable law, early-access features are provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
